Step 3: Stand with your knees slightly bent for 1 minute at a frequency of 18Hz.

Step 5: Stand with your torso bent to one side for 1 minute at a frequency of 22Hz.

Step 6: Place your calves on the plate for 1–2 minutes at a frequency of 18Hz.

Step 7: Place your quads on the plate for 1–2 minutes at a frequency of 18Hz.

Step 8: Place your hamstrings on the plate for 1–2 minutes at a frequency of 15Hz.

Step 9: Perform a plank position with your arms straight and palms on the plate for 1–2 minutes at a frequency of 8Hz.

Step 10: Sit on your glutes for 1–2 minutes at a frequency of 15Hz.

The lymphatic system is a complex network of lymph nodes and vessels filled with lymph. It acts as the human body’s waste removal agent. Unfortunately, the system lacks its pumping mechanism and can easily be clogged, due to poor lifestyle habits and lack of physical activity.
