Excellent item, couriers less so

The treadmill is very good and I am very pleased with it. The treadmill courier, XDP, were not very helpful when I got in touch to ask what was happening with the order and their website was frustrating. The Silicone lube still has not arrived as EVRI live up to their poor reputation again.
