And you'll receive an email shortly after your order ships, providing your tracking information for safety purposes. However, some shipping carriers need roughly 48 hours to update tracking once the carrier picks up the package.

Shipping hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM (GMT). Our warehouse is closed during holidays and weekends.
Once an order is submitted and received to us, the processing time here is 1-2 working days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day. Once your order is done processing, it will then be shipped and take an additional 2-4 working days.
