Items typically ship out from our warehouse after 1-2 business days of processing time.

Our warehouse is closed during holidays and weekends. Orders placed over the weekend or holidays won’t be processed until the next business day.

Economy shipping during COVID-19 takes on average 3-6 business days. However, these dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, and the items you order.

Home Fitness Code uses Yodel, DHL, Parcelforce, Hermes,XDP and Tuffnells for delivery of packages.


We want you to be passionate about your purchase. If you’re not feeling the love, return your product(s) within 30 days.


1) If the refund is not caused by the product quality problem, you need to bear the return freight.

2) If you cause damage, or by your actions damage is caused to the product prior to returning it to us, we reserve the right to charge for any damage caused.

3) Items must be in exactly the condition in which they were received, and in their original packaging.

You can email us at support@homefitnesscode.com and quote your order number. We will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment (Credit/Debit card, PayPal account) within 7 days of when the return is processed. Normal bank processing times do apply and may take up to a full billing cycle.
