Is the treadmill powered by a battery or a wall plug?

It comes with a power supply. Please plug it into wall outlet to power the treadmill up.

Can this treadmill be used on carpeted floor? What is the mat for?

Usually the floor carpet is thick and plush, which will affect the heat dissipation of treadmill. In this case, you can put the mat in between treadmill and carpet floor for normal use.

I'm concerned about the slanted mark on the running belt. What is it?

This is normal, it's where the belt is joined together. All treadmills have something similar and it won't affect the normal use.

Can I buy the handrail separately?

I'm sorry the handrail can't be purchased separately, as it is not removable.

Is there a remote controller included in the package?

No, remote controller is not included. This Treadmill Q8 Pro can only be controlled via the control panel on handrail.

Do I need to unscrew the handrail each time to fold it down?

Yes, you need to screw the handrail for use and unscrew it to fold down for storage.

Can this treadmill be stored upright?

No, it can't be stored upright. Please store it under your sofa or bed after folding it into a flat shape.

Is it compatible with the third-party APPs?

No, it isn't compatible with the third-party APPs.
